Wici Askiy (Wee-Chi Ask-ee) means “Together with Earth” in Cree.
Wici Askiy North will work together with earth to build projects safely and commit to give back what we take from our operations. Our team will strive to serve the local communities we work in through training, employment, and economic growth. Our civil construction contracts will generate economic benefits for the Cold Lake First Nation community through revenue, paid wages and the contracting of local Indigenous businesses. Wici Askiy North is located and operated on traditional territory within the Cold Lake region. By employing businesses and personnel who know the local conditions, we can provide our clients with products and services that are best suited to the unique climate and conditions.
